Hey I'm mike aka dirty and I'm going to run 30 days of supplements to see which ones work best with my body. Tomorrow I turn 42 🧁 and although I can see abs am slightly overweight. Routinely I forgot about taking pills. I've been placed on TRT which has horrible side effects, so stopped that, a bag of mixed supplements and I experience: Fatigue, muscle aches that make me think of arthritis and stress (loss of motivation). I've pushed through and get more injured. Not a great formula. Because of all of this I get ads and buy so many things and realized, enough! So I'm not gonna throw away my bag of pills (tempting). I'm gonna treat this scientifically and grade: my mood & my pain What about the weight? Well I've actually not stepped on a scale in...idk may 8-9mos. I don't use the scale to measure success.
